sēk Sauna Studio (pronounced "seek") is a woman-owned wellness studio in Franklin, TN, minutes from Cool Springs, an easy drive from Brentwood and Nashville. Come in sore, stressed or worn down and leave looser, calmer and lighter. Four therapies, each in your own private room: infrared sauna in a solo pod or a cabin that seats up to three, for a deep, muscle-loosening sweat; red light therapy on Celluma panels cleared for skin, pain and circulation; full-body pressotherapy, head to toe compression for lymphatic drainage; and a 42-degree cold plunge that resets you fast.
