For over a century, Bulley & Andrews Rock City has constructed and restored some of the region’s greatest treasures and best resources, making significant contributions to our communities and cultivating enduring relationships along the way. Founded in 1913 and previously known as Rock City Construction, the firm holds the state of Tennessee’s second-oldest contractor’s license. Chicago-based builder Bulley & Andrews acquired it in December 2020. The entity operated as Rock City Construction Co. until December 2024.

Now known as Bulley & Andrews Rock City, the new name signifies a strong unification and integration between client-focused firms that share a dedication to unmatched quality, superior performance and innovative solutions.
