Light TN is a family owned architectural and landscape lighting company serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We believe great properties deserve lighting that feels intentional, not overdone. Our process begins with design, sight lines, and the character of the home, then we implement layered lighting that improves curb appeal, safety, and outdoor living after dark.

We provide new lighting systems, renovations of older systems, troubleshooting and repairs, routine maintenance, and thoughtful upgrades to modern fixtures and controls. We also offer permanent roofline lighting and integrated outdoor audio for clients who want a clean, seamless experience with simple control.
