Leadhership Educational Solutions provides executive leadership coaching, keynote speaking, and workshop facilitation for women in junior to senior leadership roles across corporate and educational sectors.

Founded by Leigh Toomey (ACC, MBA, M.Ed., MST), the company draws on over two decades of leadership experience, including roles as Head of School, assistant head, and division director, combined with backgrounds in pharmaceutical sales, nonprofit founding, and business ownership.

Leadhership specializes in helping women leaders move from over-functioning and boundary confusion to sustainable, authority-driven leadership. Signature offerings include the "Delegation With Authority" workshop, executive coaching engagements, and keynote presentations built around the proprietary Five Authority Profiles framework, a diagnostic tool identifying where women leaders lose authority and how to reclaim it.

Leigh is the author of the forthcoming book Leaking Authority and writes a paid Substack newsletter, Women Leading With Authority, reaching leaders nationally.
