Description

After a well-received Women in Business presentation last fall on Being Human with AI, Sarah Gibson returns to lead a new and independent luncheon focused on practical leadership and implementation of AI.

🧠 Topic: Leading with AI

Artificial intelligence is no longer a future concept. It is a leadership imperative. Join Women in Business for a forward looking luncheon focused on how leaders can thoughtfully and effectively integrate AI into their organizations.

This conversation will explore how to root AI initiatives in your organization’s mission and values so adoption is intentional, ethical, and aligned with long term goals. Attendees will also gain practical guidance on how to clearly communicate AI strategy to employees and customers, build internal alignment, and identify next steps for deploying AI effectively across teams and operations.

Whether you are just beginning to explore AI or refining how it is used within your organization, this session will provide clarity, confidence, and actionable insight for leading in an AI enabled workplace.
