Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and be capable of performing various repair and improvement tasks around residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.

- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.

- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Skills

- Proficient in various maintenance person skills such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall repair and painting.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.

- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance work.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
