HVAC Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems with maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Installation of the systems is a plus. This role requires commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with R-410 refrigeration systems and conduct necessary repairs or installations.
• Repair appliances as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Plumb and refrigerate as required for system installations.
• Operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role within the HVAC/R industry.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigeration principles, and equipment repair techniques.
• Ability to weld as necessary for installation tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a van for job-related travel.
• Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC/R are preferred but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
