About Us
PFLAG Franklin is a diverse group of straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer individuals, their supporting parents, friends and allies. We are a support group that meets monthly in a casual setting to discuss challenges and successes. While we often have educational speakers, our main focus is always one of support. PFLAG envisions a society that embraces everyone equally, including those of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. We believe that with respect, dignity and equality for all, we will reach our full potential as contributing, productive members of society. PFLAG Franklin's mission is to help those who are seeking information, or support in the journey of acceptance and full inclusion for LGBTQ+ individuals. Our mission includes support for people regardless of race, ethnicity, or religious affiliation. We are a non-religious and non-partisan organization. www.pflagfranklintn.org
