Administrative & Operatons Assistant

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and organized individual to join Pink's as an Administrative & Operations Assistant.  This person plays a pivotal role in our business. They are the culture carriers and the face of Pink’s in our community when the owner is not present.  This is a part-time position.
 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform on-site property inspections with potential clients.

• Assist with job quoting and scheduling.

• Maintain daily client communication via phone, text, and email.

• Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers. 

• Follow-up with clients post-service for quality assurance.

• Create content for and maintain various social media accounts.

• Attending weekly networking events to promote Pink’s.

• Walk into local businesses to gather information on window cleaning needs and sell our services.

• Assist with overseeing daily crew operations and communication.

• Assist with equipment and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Sales and/or customer service experience.

• Exceptional communication and customer responsiveness.

• Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated and organized. 

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.

• Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.

• Reliable vehicle to be used to drive to quotes & networking events.

Time Commitment:

• Availability Monday-Friday

• 20-25 hours per week; exact schedule to vary

Compensation:

• $20-$23 per hour
• Gas/Vehicle Allowance
