About Innovation Cafe:
The Innovation Café at the EIC is a project that has grown into something much more than just making coffee. The EIC students, along with transition students from Franklin High School, are gaining real-world experience in inventory management, sales, customer service, and marketing. It’s a full entrepreneurial journey wrapped in a warm cup of coffee!
 
Beyond business skills, it’s also teaching empathy, patience, and the value of inclusive collaboration. Watching these students discover the ins and outs of running a business has been truly inspiring. Please join us to celebrate!
