Franklin Library is offering a new space devoted to our early learners and family/caregiver interaction provides an opportunity for the development of early literacy skills through play. 
Access to thousands of diverse reading materials offered in print and digital formats, a full range of information resources, educational and recreational programming, early literacy story times that build early learning skills, meeting spaces, and a place for our communities to gather.
