First Friday: Your Small Business Resource
Jessica Stollings is a national speaker, author, and the founder of ReGenerations, a company on a mission to connect generations and build a better future. Her passion (besides dark chocolate) is making sure there is clear understanding, communication, and knowledge sharing between the newest batch of high school and college students and the generation of parents and grandparents already in the office.
Leaders across the country have built solutions around her research and ideas. And Jessica’s generational diversity training – in partnership with Electric Utility Board (EPB) of Chattanooga, TN – was recently voted one of the top 120 in the world via Training Magazine.
Jessica is no stranger to the challenges and opportunities that exist between different generations. She’s lived them out personally through her own rocky post-college transition to “adulting”, and though her professional endeavors, both at a national nonprofit and a Fortune 500 Company. Jessica held leadership roles in talent development, corporate communications and recruiting for Alpha Natural Resources and served as a nationally syndicated news reporter and producer for a Focus on the Family radio show, which was heard by more than 2 million listeners each week.
Jessica graduated from King University with degrees in English and Communication. She captained the volleyball team as an academic all-American, received national awards and was honored among collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes.
Jessica is a graduate of Leadership Tennessee Class V, and she currently lives in Franklin, TN.
When she’s not traveling, you can find Jessica exploring outdoor adventures, researching retro fashion trends, and hosting “parties with a purpose”.
