First Friday: Your Small Business Resource
Topic: Strategic Negotiation and Difficult People
Every contract and every deal involves two elements: cooperation and competition. Those who are too competitive run the risk of losing deals. Those who are too cooperative run the risk of being exploited for another's profit. In this interactive session, you will learn how to balance these elements when negotiating with difficult people.
