Founded in 2012 in Miami, Fla. by South Florida native Daniel Golik, Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream is one of the first liquid nitrogen ice cream concepts in the nation. The first store opened in the Village of Pinecrest and today the brand has a dozen locations across the region and in Texas, with an additional 15 stores under development. Each serving of ice cream is flash frozen before customers eyes while utilizing the brand’s high-output technology, software, and hardware to produce a faster and more consistent scoop. 
“With nitrogen ice cream, it’s a fun, creative, and immersive experience that results in the creamiest, most velvet-textured, and best-tasting ice cream you’ll ever have. The Brentwood Chill-N is incorporating distinct Nashville flavors into its menu by partnering with three beloved local companies to offer as ice cream Mix-N’s, including Goo Goo Clusters, a tasty combination of nuts, caramel, nougat, and milk chocolate in deliciously rounded cluster; coffee from a local coffee roaster; and honey from Williams Honey Farm, an all-natural beekeeping operation based in Middle Tennessee.
