The Round is a space for local entrepreneurs to connect and learn through a high-impact workshop designed to provide practical takeaways. In partnership with Harbor + Union, this gathering supports small businesses by strengthening relationships and shared learning.

About the Speaker: 

Brian Moyer is equally comfortable playing guitar on stage as he is balancing the books in the boardroom. With a background that spans from musician to accountant to entrepreneur, Bryan brings a unique blend of rock ’n roll energy and business expertise to every room he enters. After launching Moyer & Co. in 2013, he grew the firm to seven figures in revenue, more than 20 employees, and over 800 clients, building a reputation for excellence in entrepreneurship, financial services, and business coaching.

As a coach and speaker, Bryan centers his work around a practical growth framework designed to help small business owners navigate the various stages of maturity. Drawing from his own experience building Moyer & Co., along with insights gained from coaching more than 100 business owners over the past decade, he delivers content that blends real-world strategy, band stories, workshop-style teaching, and timely humor. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Bryan continues to lead and grow his firm while serving as a trusted voice for entrepreneurs. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife and two daughters.
