About Visit Frankin Visitor's Center at the Factory at Franklin:

While this is a “visitor’s center,” it is not just for visitors, as locals should feel just as welcomed! We’d encourage locals to stop in as well to find those gifts that represent your home area, grab resources for those visiting friends and family, or just chat with the information specialists for recommendations for when you are looking for that new place to try out for dinner and where to explore in your own backyard.

This second location is impactful in a multitude of ways, the two most notable being Visit Franklin’s partnership with Factory leadership and Holiday Properties to cooperatively operate this location to provide both localized information and wayfinding for Factory patrons but also provide information and guidance to visitors throughout Franklin and Williamson County. While data shows that Main Street is the No. 1 most visited place in the county, The Factory is right behind it at No. 2, and for many visitors, it is the first place they stop when they arrive. Having a visitor center in such a high-traffic area where many are getting their first impression of Franklin is a win-win for both organizations. 

Welcoming visitors to Franklin (and all of Williamson County) is great for the area, as these visitors are spending $3.7 million EVERY DAY in our community! Because of these visitors, our local households are saving over $1,100 in taxes that would otherwise be paid by locals.
