Job Description

Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is a private practice with a progressive service delivery model, where the therapists come to the client. Over the last 15 years, Mobile Therapy Centers has evolved from a single therapist offering a single service to employing over 100 health professionals, who provide a multitude of high-quality customized therapeutic services (ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and Counseling) for children, teens, adults and families. MTC has as strong presence in Tennessee and throughout the Midwest.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for implementing treatment plans to clients based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. This position is great for one seeking or already has a degree in Psychology, Social Work or Mental Health.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct services to clients by implementing programs developed and approved by BCBA’s
  • Implement programs based on principles of applied behavior analysis
  • Collect and record data during each session
  • Attend all scheduled team meetings
  • Complete all mandatory trainings
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as directed by supervisor or administrative staff
  • Commit to and follow a weekly schedule with each client
  • Appropriately document all time and services on progress note. Progress notes are to be completed at the end of each session
  • Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Over the age of 20
  • Personal vehicle to travel to and from client visits
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other staff, clients and families
  • Collaborate with all team members
  • Takes responsibility for one’s actions
  • Is proactive in all communications
  • Takes an objective perspective to solving conflict
  • Uses feedback to improve service
  • Is productive by applying concepts of time management
  • Treats co-workers professionally and with respect
  • Maintains confidentiality as appropriate
  • Builds and maintains client relationships that produce positive results
