Front of House Cashier

Full Time & Part Time Available

Looking for Motivated individuals to join a vibrant and dedicated team to work with us at our BRAND NEW location in Cool Springs Meridian. This position is face-to-face with customers.

On Christmas Eve 2021, we humbly unveiled our first location in Germantown, and since that moment, we’ve soared forward with unyielding enthusiasm! We’ve crafted and nurtured what many consider the most captivating Italian Deli in Nashville, infused with the essence of NYC deli charm and our own fun vibrant culture—LHIM is the place to be! We’re known to have a happy, upbeat, and helpful staff.

Roles:

  • Provide great Customer Service: Genuine, warm & welcoming engagement. Be upbeat, positive, helpful.

  • Taking orders: Have clear communication between Customers & Back of House.

  • Oversee the Market: Putting deliveries up on the shelves, keeping things organized & tidy, Restocking when necessary. 

  • Oversee the Deli: Making sure deli foods are fresh & presentable, and restocked.
     

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keeping Front of House clean; including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables & gathering dishes if a busser isn’t available. This includes the market, deli, dining room, bathrooms.

  • Restocking cutlery, napkins, cups, bags, chips, etc.

  • Restocking & organizing market items and merch.

  • Knowing the Menu: knowing our dishes and what available modifications can be made.

  • Follow basic Food Safety protocol

  • Previous restaurant experience is always a plus, but never a must (we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)

  • Obtain TN ABC server’s permit - if applicable to store location.
