Pilates for Life is a fully equipped, boutique Pilates studio.   Gina Pelfrey is a STOTT PILATES® comprehensive certified instructor offering private and duet reformer sessions to adults of all ages. 
The owner/instructor works one-on-one with you during each session. Sessions take place in a peaceful and quiet setting, full of natural light. The studio's location has ample, on-site parking with front door accessibility.
In addition to traditional business hours, the studio offers early morning, late evening, and weekend hours to accommodate clients.
