Franklin Innovation Center Open House

In partnership with the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County and the generous support of Calvin LeHew, Williamson, Inc. manages the Franklin Innovation Center. As part of the Franklin Grove restoration project, the Franklin Innovation Center is housed in a newly renovated 4,100 square foot historic mansion just blocks from downtown Franklin.

The Franklin Innovation Center features 6 individual office suites that will lease for 1-year terms to selected companies. In addition to their own private suites, tenants get access to a conference room, kitchen area, phone booths, and large outdoor seating/work area with dedicated Wifi access. Mobile TV carts and white boards are available for group work and presentations. The dedicated office suites come pre-furnished with desks and group work-tables, and are reconfigurable to the needs of individual tenants. The suites will lease for one-year terms with the option to apply for renewal up to 2 additional years.
