Topic: Conflict Management in Healthcare
The US healthcare system delivers some of the world's most innovative and life-saving treatments. But its complexity can also lead to unexpected poor outcomes and conflict between patients and clinicians, among clinicians, and between partners in this space such as payers and accrediting bodies. Skills and tools in conflict management can be extremely helpful in understanding conflict in the healthcare setting and in managing it when it arises.
